About us
The Hemptons is a farm and retreat in Upstate New York — a place to regenerate, relax and become grounded. At The Hemptons, brunches are barbecues and champagne is Miller High Life. Explore and get lost on our 70 acres of green hills and thick woods. We are a working organic hemp farm open year-round and welcome visitors who are looking for a change of scene.
An old barn, farmhouse, studio, pond and stream invite exploration and adventure. The woods are full of mystery and the pond is full of… bass. And we love a good bonfire. The Hemptons is what you make it. Relax in the hammock by the stream and daydream to the sound of the babbling brook or work up a sweat — chop firewood, learn archery, cut grass, hang with the hemp (and help us with the farm tasks!). So ditch the yacht for a ride on the tractor and switch your seersucker for some flannel, and choose your own adventure at The Hemptons.

Stay and Play
Is that tiny room in your 20-person house getting cramped? Swap your weekend share and stretch your legs in a cabin or glamping experience at The Hemptons. We have several staying options — The Studio, Tiny House, the Farmhouse, and of course, you could always glamp it out.
We work with our guests prior to arrival to create custom programming for their stay (think bonfires, archery lessons, tractor rides, hikes, and more).
