Returns and Refunds

At The Hemptons we make every attempt to deliver you the highest quality products. We accept returns or offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives with any part of the product being damaged or defective, or the wrong items are included in your order, please contact us at info@thehemptons.com so we can provide the correct item(s) or a replacement. Refunds or replacements will be allowed up to 30 days after the product was received by you.

The Hemptons will pay the shipping costs for returned merchandise and the shipping costs to send you a replacement if your products were damaged or the wrong product(s) were shipped to you.

Wholesale RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All wholesale orders are made to order. There are no order cancellations or refunds after production has started.

All shipping costs, insurance and processing fees are pre-paid by the buyer.
